Type "Q: Which factions have reforms, and when do they take place?" into your search string, or at least part of that, to jump to the appropriate section within the FAQ page.
Thanks a lot guys.
It's what the community is here for.

Its also what the FAQ is for, but call me a traditionalist. These new young kids these days, not reading the FAQ's. =)

LOL. You and I, been there, so we've all been in that boat. Not exclusive to the new "kids".

Aye, I agree there. i just feel old today. Typing the first thing that pops into my head. Generally not very nice either. Still, gotta admit, the EB FAQ is much more helpful than the standard FAQ's I have read before. Well worth reading even if you are an old player, I have the page saved into my browsers 'favourites' just in case I feel like reading MAA's words of wisdom.
People tend to miss that there are FAQ's.
I've got no idea why, it's been like that on every forum I've ever been to..
Might be because there's usually only crappy FAQ's, but in any case, I see no harm in it :)

I don't think it's that we miss the FAQs (p.s. it sounds funny, "FAQ", maybe I'm pronouncing it wrong? haha), because they're quite obvious and conspicuously placed at the top of everything else. The thing is, when I found EB, I could have cared less about the FAQ or other info. I just wanted the download link and the installation instructions! hah!! It's the five year old kid inside all of us, so eager for play time! But only later on did I come to the forums and come to appreciate the immense value to be found within such a community as this one.
Actually, I think people miss the stickies and the top of boards, (I'm not sure why, but I've been on other forums, where something got asked several times a week, despite a "mega-thread" was stickied with huge letters on the top of the forum
I personally always go straight to FAQ's (starting the DL might precede it), simply because I know it's (or should be atleast), condensed information.
I'm not sure why I've done this.. Probably because I hate starting new threads, (which in turn probably comes from my irrational fear of sounding stupid :)), and I hate spending time searching for stuff..
I can however see, that people might think it's not been posted too often, or that's it's simply not an issue they think people bothered using time on?
In the end, I don't know why it is like this, I can only say it's my experience, that people miss the FAQ's :p

For me, it is important to know what exactly I'm downloading. Skimming the "eff-ay-que" ~;) usually is very useful in that regard. If the particular FAQ have the questions listed at the top, I can see if there is something worth reading further, but that is nothing I can decide before at least looking into the thread.
It's a shame so many people seem to think they already know everything necessary and don't bother reading FAQs or readmes, for that matter. The world would be a better place ~;)
