Where can I get the ETW updates?

I was trying to play ETW Road to the Independence, And it always crash when after I win the Chapter 1, on the loading bar. I thing I need patches to fix it. But I don't know where to get them.

ETW is launched through steam.

If you are online and you can launch the game, it is up to date, unless you disabled patchs a long time ago.

Patches are downloaded automatically.

You can not get them anywhere.

ight click, properties, local files, verify integrity of game cache

If that doesn't work, delete the game and re-download it.

Also, the picture in your signature is too large.

I bought dvds, and I have reinstalled it many times (and still not work...).
And I have fix my picture as you said :D

Well as far as I know it is not a known bug. Does it say anything when it crashes?

It is possible that it is an issue with your computer. Do you have another computer you can test the game on?

Have you updated your graphics card drivers?

I'm having the same problem with Napoleon.
Well, if you're using Steam, then it should update automatically.
If that doesn't work, try uninstalling/reinstalling the game.
If you're not using Steam, then maybe try uninstalling. As far as I know, the game requires Steam to run even if you buy the disc.

On an unrelated note, that's quite a name.
