Its not in the downloads section and when I made a search (amongs otherthings finding a post by myself directing someone asking this question 3 months ago) a found som threads but when cklicken them links the threads were deleted. Strange. I thought that maybie some lawyers had gotten together and said that they may not maje this mod since EA or someone has the licence. Hope thats not the case though.
I guess I Should stick my head above the parapet for this one,
I had a mod in the works - but life has been just too busy - we had map, units, and a lot of things - but they just refused to meld. Then the lukmapmaker came along and PanthaPower reworked the map, but the units still refused to work in campaign mode for me - I have about 30 new units that simply do not work in campaign mode, and it is really annoying
If I (ever) have the time I should restart the process and transpose my stats onto a new unit prod file. It is a shame, because it was cool playing with all the units - I even have some graphics for them - but the game just crashes when I introduce the units, it is probably a pope issue - but I think I just changed too many of the givens in the game and I am missing something.

Whitey,
The expantion pack will make this easier.
If you need some help with the finer parts let us know
and we would be glad to help.
You could release the units first anyhow
as we have done for the Nap mod.
Let me know

sorry to hear about the demise of your lotr mod...it was looking nice. but i've got to agree with krazy...even the release of the units alone would be pretty damn cool. setting up some nifty custom battles with lotr units would be entertainment enough for me. hehehe.

Most definately If you find it in your heart to release the units Whitey, you'll have the appreciation of a lot of people (its not like we dont appreciate you arleady) http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
What factions and units have you included?

Anything would be nice. A few units is deffinitley better than nothing. There are lots of maps already in the game som simplt letting the orks ambush some riders of rohan on a normal map would be fun.

I really wanted to see how the factions and the units were done.
I more less wanted to see how devestating the Uruk-Hai would be. The wargriders would be interesting as well.
Whitey, did you split the "factions" up into nations (Mordor, Rohan, Isengard, Gondor, etc...) or races (orcs, elves, humans, etc...)?
