Haha, I thought the same thing when I first dl'ed it. If your computer is not really that good, yes, EB will take a long time to load.

DOOOON'T PANIIICC!!!
This is normal, EB has epic load times to compensate for it's epicness. Get a better computer or get used to it. The waiting is always worth it.
Good luck!

I think 30 minutes is far too much... I mean, c'monn... I have a crappy laptop and it never took more then 5... I don't think RTR has that much time to wait.

Just the double of RTW I think. But really, don't abandon this game that fast, keep it started up (like start the game before you have dinner) and then play long sessions instead of multiple short ones.

You have a crapy lap-top and your loading time is 5 minutes...thats impossible...the correct time of my loadin is 15 minutes

This thread is pure exaggeration I think. I used to have a crappy computer, and the most I had to wait was five minutes. And that was rare. A minute or two is normal for EB.

If you haven't defragmented your disk since installing EB, do so now. That should help the problem, because when you first install the files are fragmented every which way on the disk, and loading times go way up.
