I have a beautiful lady friend who does kick boxing. I was thinking of joining her.

I used to be quite good at it but I have weak knees, these low-kicks I can't handle. You are of course going to get hurt it's a contact sport, but you can beat up any karate-kid if you do it a year or two, kick right through them.
