Apparently somebody at state tv this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_NvUbjhx-uY&feature=player_embedded was a funny idea. Are they out of their mind to treat an ambassador like that. Sack this idiot, or even better a bodybag. This is really incredibly painful. If you are Dutch send a mail to the Chinese embassy to apologise for this tax funded idiot.
Is an ambassador somehow above scrutiny?
I think it looks like an obvious troll attempt and it's not all that funny either, but the ambassador behaved in a very diplomatic way (surprise, surprise ~D ), no harm was done and while the behaviour of the ambassador was very nice(perhaps only because he was on camera), he does represent an oppressive government, doesn't he?
Now the behaviour of the comedian was a bit childish but where from do you get that he speaks on behalf of the dutch people or that he represents anyone other than himself and the TV station he works with? I doubt he will achieve a lot with this kind of behaviour but your reaction to it seems way out of proportion.
It's an Asian of course he's polite, congratulating the Chinese ambassador with the Nobel peace price you kidding me? Didn't you know they are extremely pissed of about that price?

And others are very angry about the Chinese jailing that guy who got the prize, fighting protests with violence etc.
I don't see why the Chinese government should have the right to trample on the sensitivities of others while when someone trolls them a bit it's suddenly a huge affront and all the dutch need to bow down and lick chinese boots so they don't get too upset.

why? if i would do that i would acknowledge him as part of the group which are the dutch (i would acknowledge that i myself am part of that group) i dont think that he can make such a statement on behalf of the dutch.
the most stupid thing is that he isnt taking the ambassador serious. he is only trying to make fun of him instead of actually listening to what he has to say and have a useful conversation. he is only seeking to ridicule the other. sounds like a familiar approach only less agressive this time.
there is a funny comment under the vid that is typical for the level of most of the comments made and perhaps also for how alot of people think... or better said dont think

An ambassador isn't just someone it means a lot when pulled out. Making fun of an ambassador is stupid enough, this is just so mind -numbingly rediculously disrespectful this isn't a game and then these some clowns say Wilders is bad for foreign relations.

The Fragony Defense League is out there to protect the interests of the Netherlands and Dutch people, not the Dhimmitude. That reporter is also looks like a Muslim, so the FDL has to be extra vigilant on cases like this.

An ambassador isn't just someone it means a lot when pulled out.
But yes, he is, so many people died to fight public slavery to the nobility and now you start putting people on a pedestal again. It's not okay to say certain people shouldn't be criticised or ridiculed. If he put a lot of effort into getting into that position, then there is all the more reason to ridicule him because he put a lot of effort into representing a repressive government.

It's bollox because Fragony loves Iranians and we don't even know whether the guy is a muslim, so yes, agreed.
As with Tribesman, one should not reduce Fragony to a simple one-argument mindset. This kind of attitude is also known as prejudice and in this case comes from people who usually claim to fight prejudices, think about it. ~;)
