Can't get the mod working.

So i Installed Rome: Total War, then patched it to 1.3, and then to 1.5.

After this i installed EB 1.1 to my RTW folder(Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War for me) then the 1.2 patch. When i click on the Play icon, the vanilla RTW starts, i cant start the mod. What should i do? :help:
