Either that man is very short, or I significantly underestimated the size of the bow.
+1 the bow on top is real big, it it the same as the one in the posts? doesn't look like it, in any case the guy made some cool stuff!!
I fail to understand how that size would be practical...

Guys... more bow = more power....
and... really? not all scythian archers were on horseback! a big bow is viable
The one in the top pic with the person standing looks like some sort of "composite long-bow", it's not the Scythian...
The picture on top is not part of the thread, and it is a replica of a prehistoric bow found in a bog in Germany. It's basically a flat longbow. Scroll down and you will see the Scythian bow.

lol don't worry after I posted this I realized that might happen I should've said something in the original post. I was afraid someone was going to be like "You're a noob that's not a Scythian bow" so your guys' responses were much better :laugh4:

Im just missing the top crossbar and gluing it all together... but, i dont have a lot of time at the moment... ill be done in january
