Best way to contact EA/CA

What is the best way to contact (for non technical support issues) someone from EA or CA who works on the Shogun Total War staff? Is there any message board forum or website that lets customers address issues about the game directly to them?

But in answer to your question, EA says that they read this forum. Of course the forums also at totalwar.com exist and they also claim to read those. You may want to contact Richie "The Shogun" whose e-mail is at www.totalwar.com. (http://www.totalwar.com.)
