Hello Swordbrothers,

In the persian reform of hayasdan there are two buildings called persiapart and persiafull. What does it mean?

If I'm not mistaken, "persiapart" deals with the pan-Caucasian reforms and "persiafull" with the Persian Empire reforms.

They are both part of the Persian empire reform. Under "Orontid Empire Reform: Processes" you'll see the buildings "The Conquerer Comes..." and "and Brings Peace and Order". These are the same as the "persiapart" and "persiafull" you mentioned.
