I've finished school 3 years ago. In the mean time I've been a temporary worker doing:
- assistant at a quality service
- arranging transport and logistics
- support towards our technicians and our clients ( at a small company)
- designated fireman at a demolition and recycling company
- car washer
- making an inventory at a DIY store
- gardening and landscaping at a huge domain
- assistent at ??? (getting the iso9001 and iso14001 certificates)
- assistent at the health and safety department of a big company
- handling of some subcontractors at a big textile company

Finally I'm offered a job for an undetermined period (you know, the opposite of a temporary job). Meet the new procurement and supply chain manager for yarn at a world leader in textiles.

Finally my future is somewhat secure and possibilities are vast.

Join me and have some virtual champagne, cava, trappist, ... with me.

Congratulations.

Did you say "yarn?" I will refrain from the obvious cat=female bodypart puns and how much of that you will get.

Took me two and half years to find permanent employment after graduation. I know exactly how happy you are right now. Congratulations, and enjoy it! :2thumbsup:

Thanks all.

Finding work wasn't that hard, finding work I enjoyed and had perspectives was something else.

Find a job you really like and you'll never work a day in your life, kinda. A chance at advancement is the cherry on top. Good for you Phill.
