I like to know how much military involvement Poland had in their War of Succession (Did they just sit back and let everyone fight on their soil or what?) and in the 7 years war.

AFAIK most of the military action happened between the greater powers in Germany and Italy. Stanislav had no real army in Poland and was quickly holed up in Danzig. Although he does seem to have had some support in the population it did not turn into nationwide rebellion, Poland was simply too much of a divided country for that to happen.

In the Seven Years' War Poland was not directly involved except for the Russian armies that crossed the border. But Frederick the Great captured the Electoral mint in Saxony. He had no qualms about debasing the Polish currency, so near worthless coins used to buy stuff in Poland or even pay soldiers caused big inflation in Poland.
