I was wondering if anyone knew a way to get this book that does not involve dishing out $300+ (and is legal of course)
On Single Combat: Strategy, Tactics, Physiology, Psychology, Philosophy and History of Unarmed Self-defence

I had the opportunity to read part of it from someone who owned it (who is now in Germany), but I would like to read the whole thing (and better yet, own it). My dilemma is that I cannot find a reasonably priced or an electronic version.
I was wondering if anyone here had the mad Library-fu skills needed to find a reasonably priced copy of it.
Thanks in advance.

Yes...

Is this a large state university with a library system?

Yes, its a State Uni, and yes it has a library. There is no copy in the library system, and the only one I could find on ILL is 1 copy in a German library that does not lend it. I have been after this book for a year, and have not been able to find a copy.

I have seen it around on e-bay every now and then, never goes for under $70 at least.

hmmm...I have checked several times and not seen one on Ebay. I will have to keep looking. Thanks!
What is your interest in the book Meldarion?

It was for a friend who is a MMA, he asked me too keep an eye out for it because books are my hobby. In the end we got a copy for £52 which is about $85. My friend has an interest in all martial arts the physical and philosophical aspects.
