I downloaded Shogun2 last night and played for awhile, everything was fine. I try to start the game today and I get a Steam error, Incomplete Installation (15). The link for a description of the various error numbers doesn't have a number (15) one. I try setting up a Steam Support account and the email they send me is supposed to have a link I must click on to verify my account. There is no link in the email for me to click, so no Steam Support.
I tried rebooting my pc, router, modem and still no joy. I tried bypassing the router, nope. Should I try uninstalling, reinstalling the game? :help:

What does right-clicking Shogun 2 in your Games list, selecting Properties, going to Local Files tab and then clicking "Verify integrity of game cache" button yield ?

Hehehe, I didn't try that yet, LEN, but I'll file it away for next time. First I checked to see if NTW worked on my Steam account and it did. I tried Shogun2 again, and this time Steam decided to update something and the game worked. Thanks for the assist.

I got the same error. Started looking into it but dinner and a movie intervened and when I got back to it a few hours later, all was good. Must have been a temporary glitch with Steam.

Nice to hear.

Also I'm so tempted to make a S2TW purchase despite being unemployed, hence dry. :sweatdrop:
