Is There Any Way To Move This Army?

I defeated a large army of the QH at Corsica and what was left of it retreated to where you see it now. The problem is, it's half on land and half in the sea and I'm not allowed to attack it. The original battle was several years prior and it hasn't moved at all, even when the QH send large armies to attack my settlement. Apparently, it's some sort of bug and I'm wondering if there's any way I can either move it or get rid of it. Thank you.

I wrote a guide about this some time ago (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?132960-Guide-How-to-use-move_character-in-EB) this will do the trick.
If you want to defeat them, teleport an army of them in the tile directly near the one Captain Abdshmun is now standing and attack it, they should appear as reinforcements.

Mind that the syntax is, for example:
move_character "Captain Abdshmun" 82,127
That'll move him in the island.
