Hello EB-Fans

I watched some ingame-videos and have noticed, that some used very cool camera work ingame. Is there a tool, where you have other possibilities to use the camera-view than in the campaign?

There is the movie cam, of course. You just add -moviecam to the end of the target line in your EB shortcut and you will have it when viewing saved replays.

In my target box there is :
"C:\Program Files (x86)\EBTrivialScript\EBTrivialScript.exe" -s ebconfig.xml -runeb -type "Single Player"

and when I add the -moviecam after the "Single Player" it opens a windows that says it is an uknown option.

Go to the Rome - Total War folder where you installed EB. Make a shortcut to the exe you're using (i.e. RomeTW.exe, RomeTW-BI.exe or RomeTW-ALX.exe) to the desktop. Go to the target line and it should show something like this:

"...Rome - Total War\RomeTW-ALX.exe"

Add -mod:eb, -show_err and -movie_cam so that it looks like this:

"...Rome - Total War\RomeTW-ALX.exe" -mod:eb -show_err -moviecam

Then you should just open it up through that and you should have movie cam. You can also add -nm (to disable movies) and -ne (for windowed mode).

If you want to stay with the Trivial Script, you can install this update mady by Tellos Athenaios (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?123455-Unofficial-Trivial-Script-update&highlight=).

Tbh I don't understand the use of trivial script.

Can I just point to the original exe (and not the trivial script exe) and add the options you suggest?

That's what you'd be doing by following my guide. ~;)

The TS contains some minute differences that are not accessible via target parameter alteration.
