emmm first of all , i dont speak the english well so excuse my mistakes when y try to explain something !
( si hay alguien que hable español para que me explique mejor porfa! )

My question is about the reforms , the thing is i download the eb 1.1 and installed y play for a year and realized that the roman reforms never happend (first i play with the macedonians and the cartaghinian so i never care about the reforms ) then i download the eb 1.2 and intalled , no difference at all so i search in the forum and read everthing again so i unnistall the game (RTW , eb 1.1 eb1.2 ) erase the files everthing clean , and restarted , dowloading again all the eb and the game patches 1.3 1.5 .....

i do it all and nothing happends iam in year 242 bc and no polibyan reforms and more strange is that the savegames of eb 1.1 can run in eb 1.2 and y look in the forum that they arent compatible

so my question is : what i did wrong?

Yo hablo español pero creo que no se puede hablar en otro idioma.

You have to have more than just a year for the reforms to happen, for instance you have to make Capua a Huge city (IIRC) and some other things./Tienes que tener mas que el año para que sucedan las reformas, por ejemplo tienes que hacer Capua una Ciudad Enorme (Si me acuerdo correctamente) y algunas otras cosas.

Also, EB1.1 saves CANNOT be read on an EB1.2 game, NEVER; unless you want bugs/Tambien, partidas guardadas de EB1.1 NUNCA podran ser leidas en EB1.2, NUNCA; almenos que quieras errores.

I think this should be moved to the Bugs and whatnot subforum/Creo que esto deberia ser movido al subforo de problemas y lo que sea.

You activate the script via the advisor. When you load your game, or start a new one, click one of your towns and the advisor should pop up. Then click the "show me how"-button, voila, script started! ;) You have to do this every time you load a save. Now I'm not sure if there'll be any problems with reforms, when you haven't had it activated for the game until now...

If you never activated the script in your game and moved along some years (>10), I strongly suggest to start a new campaign.
Btw: Read the EB-FAQ (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=84854)
