So there is an event taking place in my uni and if we stay the entire time, we get a free t-shirt of a sheep wearing a party hat. The t-shirt looks so cool, but the subject of the event is...idk what it is about. Here is the mass email that was sent to everyone:
Salutations (ACIN's college),
Please join us in dialogue for the Phantasmagoric, Hologramic, Metaphorical-Allegory of the Party Sheep: an Investigation into the Nature of Undivided Wholeness in Continuous Flowing Movement: Love.
The 'Encounter' transpires Sunday, May 22nd at 7PM outside of the (ACIN's college) Town Hall.
As you can see, my mind is broken from trying to understand that. Having to sit through a 1hr 30min lecture on the very same subject might not be worth the extremely cool free t-shirt I have seen.
What do you guys think?

Abuse mind-altering substances before you go, so that you'll think you'll both and understand and have some insight into the topic at hand. You'll walk away with a free t-shirt and a sense of accomplishment.
I think they're sheep lovers. I'd avoid them at all costs.

This sounds like a joke.
Generally speaking, you have to ask how much your time is worth, and how much the shirt is worth to you, and if you can get the shirt without staying the whole time.

you have thousands of hours to your life but how many chances at getting free ****.
A t-shirt would be nice AND when you grow tired of it, cut the sleeves off and have a new look! Draw attention where ever you go AND be a fashion statement at the same time! I think this seminar is well worth it and the t-shirt will be a win win.

It was an hours and 30 min long. First hour was ok, it was good stuff that talked about not trying to define yourself according to what society pushes on you. Challenge your view of reality and all that good stuff about being an independent, critical thinker.
Then the last 30 min went waaay off into somewhere. Talking about the analogy of the four headed swan which didn't even feature a swan but just seemed to be rambling. Something called the "Kalidoscopic shadow mirror" that made no sense. The "eye of the rose" which just seemed to feature sentences filled with random words put together.
So yeah, good stuff for the first hour. Then my brain hurt again.

Befitting the shirt, I should think.
That T-shirt is very nice, I still recommend cutting the sleeves off though.
If you think that t-shirt was great, I just got 6 t-shirts and a pair of pants for 6 dollars. A seminar too would have been great though. I plan to cut the sleeves off of at least one shirt.
