Worst City Slogan?

Now this is a use of Google Maps (http://www.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF8&hl=en&oe=UTF8&msa=0&msid=204281874329745281146.0004a32953def8e6c3244&source=embed&ll=44.840291,-99.667969&spn=43.528975,90.527344&z=3) I can get behind.

My little Wisconsin hamlet calls itself "The Christmas Card Town," which is only slightly irritating. Some of the ones on the map, however, are brilliant:

"Where the ducks walk on fish"
"Don't pass gas, stop and enjoy it."
"Turf Grass Capital of the World"

Good stuff. Anybody have any silly town slogans or promotions they can add to the mix?

I can remember when, back in the early 80s, my hometown of Manchester declared itself a nuclear free zone (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuclear-free_zone). Despite the fact that the nearest nuclear power station is in Cumbria over a 100 miles away.
