well some people wanted classic, some people wanted avatar with no restrictions, and most of us don't really care that much either way. this seems to be a middle ground. it's avatar and has that distinct avatar flavor, but people with 500 hours on match making won't have much of an advantage if any with a 3 veteran cap. that said, it really is best to be level 10 so you can have 5 retainer slots and max general skills.
