Difficulty installing EB mod

I am able to download EB (using bittorrent), then after I install the mod, I cannot find it where I tried to install it. I have tried installing it onto the RTW file on my desktop, as well as other locations with the same result. No trace whatsoever. I can't figure out why it won't install to where I directed it to. Any suggestions are welcome, the mod looks really cool.

The 1.2 installer (as well as the 1.2) have to be pointed on the main RTW directory, e.g. C:\Games\Rome Total War

Thanks for the help, I hadn't placed the installer in the RTW directory. I guess I previously overlooked that instruction somehow. The mod is pretty sweet though, so I really apreciate your help.
