More factions mod [Archive]

hi,

i realy like M2TW. But the kind of player i am, i switch factions really quick. I like the factions in the game, but i think there are missing a few like Aragon, Ireland, Bourgondie, Novogorod, etc. Do you know a mod that only brings in more factions, and not changes the gameplay?

But Stainless Steel changes the gameplay a lot.

I'm not aware of a mod that simply adds in new factions with no gameplay tweaks.

Perhaps the closest thing to what you want could be the Kingdoms Grand Campaign Mod? Or Lands to Conquer? Both are relatively close to vanilla in terms of the gameplay experience but with extra factions (from the Kingdoms expansion).

This is exactly what im looking for. Extra campaigns, new factions (Timurids, Mongols and Aztecs) and since i've played Total War games i'm facinated by provicial campaigns, so for me its a really good mod.
