It looks to me like you haven't waited the full 21 days yet. You still have a few hours to go.
Also, might want to change your signature before a Moderator slaps you around for it. Please read the rules (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?135475-The-Org-Rules-amp-FAQ) about signatures. You are over the dimensions limit, you are WAY over the file size limit (2.67mb, seriously?), and it is very annoying as well.
The .Org staff has decided unanimously, after long and thorough debates, that you can chose between a) keeping your current username; b) having it changed to "The Pink Refrigerator Inhabitant".
We thank you in advance for appreciating the benevolence shown to you.

This was being caused by a mismatched timer in another setting. We have a setting enable to reserve usernames so that they cannot be poached instantly by another person. However, that setting was preventing the username from being reused for 30 days, which is 9 days longer than the time out period for name changing. So, both Reenk and ACIN experienced problems because they both tried to change back inside that 21-30 day window; after the name change timer was letting them change their name again, but before the reuse time was letting them have their old name back. I have resolved this by changing the reuse timer to 21 days, which matches the name change timer.
