flash drive keeps disconnecting

Ok so for some reason my flash drive (Corsair flash voyager 16 gb) keeps disconnecting from my computer as Im doing a file transfer, which as you can imagine is very frustrating.
Does anyone know how to fix it? Trying another USB port doesnt work.

I have Win7, and ive done all the possible diagnostics on my computer and flashdrive, and it all checks out, so I have no idea whats going on.

When in doubt, narrow it down. Try the flash drive in some other PC, see if you can reproduce the bug. If not, maybe you can try a different flash drive in your PC.
