Got sent a screenshot the other day and have been trying to find the source, to no success. My usual Google-fu has proven useless due to me not knowing any of the actors/recognizing the scene, etc. Feel free to make fun of me as much as you want if this is something I should have known about before now.

Thanks in advance.
It's from that sitcom, Cheers (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cheers).
Edit :

Norm and Cliff!
Norm was an overweight alcholic who hated his wife and came straight from work to the bar and always sat in the same seat.
Cliff was a loser mailman who lived with his mom and was a trove of needless knowledge and facts, often interrupting conversations with "Well, uh, actually....."
Kelsey Grammar's "frazier" originated from this show
Woody HArrelson played the idiot batender after Coach died
Ted Danson was the womanizing owner and bartender
Shelly Something and Hot Kirstey Alley played the managers. Kirstey Alley blamed getting fat on Ted Danson. Ted Danson would go on to marry Whoopi goldberg because he is presumably gay.
One of the greatest sitcoms of all time

It is identify this TV series for me. Even though I never watched the show I knew straight away what it was.
It's kinda funny that you were unfamiliar with Cheers! No offense! Takes place in Boston actually, Sam was an ex pitcher for the Red Sox if memory serves. Good show.

I was a pubescent boy who had quite the thing for Kirstey Alley and Fraziers Wife. Although Lilith is still pretty hot
