Family tree romani

Hello all!
I play romani but i never have the character i want...
I explain. With romani, i like to let gens rule country, like the Ivlivs Caser rule the gaul and spain...
But i want to do this for the whole empire! And see if a family wiil be bigger than other and do disappear some family.

So i want to do good family since the begin but i can't.
I gone in the descr_strat, i change, for example, the traits GensAvrelia into GensIvnia and change AvreliaCotta into IvnivsBrvtvs but it done a CTD
And if i create some male descendant, do the family tree and plya, i have a CTD.
So i would like to know if you have a solution for me?

And sorry for the english, this is not my native language, i'm french ;)

Does it crash when you load the save-file or when you launch EB? Because if it crashes when you load the save-file, then I'm afraid you'll have to start a new campaign (some file-editing is non-save-game compatible) :cry:.
I might be wrong though, since it was quite a while since I played EB and tinkered with the game files, and in any case: good luck.

No, i know that change on the descr_strat isn't save compatible.
And, erh i was wrong, i had a bad memory... It's i can't launch a romani campaign. The game send me on the main screen.

Yeah, maybe you should ask there as well, though I think that particular sub-forum is not as active as the Europa Barbarorum sub-forums. I'll ask my pal jirisys (who is more tech-savvy than me) to look into this.
