I got a headache, does anyone know if there is anything I can eat that helps reduce headaches? I know advil works and stuff but it isn't super bad. I don't like taking medication unless my condition is really bad. Thanks.
Drinking water before going to bed.

Get a CT scan?
Too expensive.
Sleep it off?
Regurgitate it?
Or maybe just be more moderate next time?

Too expensive.
Not as expensive as a two-month stay in a hospital.

Would something else caffeinated do the trick?

In my experience, absolutely. My headache med of choice used to be excedrin until i found out the only active ingredient it really had that the others didn't was a dab of caffeine. Good luck

Thanks.
Before going to bed, drink a glass of water and take a Vitamin B complex supplement. Processing alcohol drains the body of Vit B, which leads to lack of energy and headaches (and also dehydration, hence the water). Brewer's yeast is a great source of B, so the circle of life continues...

Don't take excedrin or any other pain killer like tylenol or advil after a night of drinking because you will kill your liver You to wait at least 12 hours from the time you had your last drink, and that is still pushing it, I would wait a day. If you drink every day, then you are SOL. I know so many people who take pills before they go to bed after drinking, or wake up 3 hours in to take a pill, and the bottles clearly say that if you consume two or more drinks you should not take these pills.

Normally my headaches are hydration induced, but this thread has already eluded to water consumption.
Maybe you could, you know, take care of yourself. Releases endorphins to get over headaches

Followed stratigos vasilios's advice. Felt 10,000x better and immediately ran a 6 min mile.

Sometimes the blood pressure drives the headache worse, be careful.
"10.000x Better" should be the slogan of any product trying to penetrate the market, by the way. I've been convinced.
