some shogun 2 queries

1, on the clan page it says im at war with MOGAMI, who are they ?, i cant find them on the map or on the diplomacy screen

2, the shoni clan asked me for peace, i asked for them to drop both their alliances, drop both their trade, accept trade with me, give me infinte military access and 10k coins, they accepted but i only got the trade agreement, they kept the money, kept their alliances, kept their trades and i got the do you want to declare war option when i tryed to move through their territory. is this a bug ?

3, does +2 command just give +2 to your troops morale or does it add +2 to your troops attack and defence as well ?

4, how do i upgrade weapons and armour on my older troops, my new troops are getting improved armour but my older troops dont get the option to improve to re equip ?

5, is there anything i can do about the long load times between battle and campaign screens ?

6, where can i see what DLC ive purchased through steam ?

7, is there a mod so that when its the ai's turn and they ask you a question, such as your ally is attacked will you join in, you can look at the diplomacy screen and see their info so you can make a proper decision ?

It's just morale. We don't know the exact numbers, but CA have said the effect has two parts: some effect across the board and some additional effect for units within the blue radius for the general:

I suspect it also affects autoresolve.

To be more specific on question 6, right click on Shogun II's entry in your steam library. Select "View downloadable content" in the little grey menu which pops up. This will open a small box which lists all of the DLC you own. You can also see whether you own an item by visiting its detailed steam store page. If you own it a big green bar will proclaim "You already own [insert item's name]"
