RTW campaign wont save?

Hey guys I've been playing Rome total war: Barbarian Invasion for years now and i think its brilliant! But ever since i got it, i havent been able to save. I press the button and name it then it says " cant save to CD"? i really need Help!

I don't think that you can make saves to a CD, only to your HDD.

Thats what it says though? it says that the CD wont save. Thanx for commenting btw :)

Actually it says, "could not create save file on disc"

Sounds like you could possibly have a corrupt file somewhere. You might have to uninstall and then do a full install. If you'd like to post on here https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/forumdisplay.php?13-Apothecary . Someone there could be of more help.
