Nomadic and Mixed regions?

Hey lads, im playing as the Sauromatae, and i am not sure of what regions are nomadic or not... i find this map inadequite, because its clearly for the parthians...

Nomadic and Mixed are ressources, they're not different between factions. Though that map seems very old, the center of arabia is a single province and not part of eremos. Also I don't think there're any mixed or nomadic regions in africa or arabia in 1.2.... But I'm sure I saw a newer map in the forums.

There's this map thread in the AAR and Guide subforum but most of the maps have been deleted, sorry...

Has someone maybe downloaded them?

how can it then be that the Sauromatae can make Kabalaka nomadic and Pahlava cant...

It is a hidden source with universal effect so it affects sakas, sauros and parthians. With what aim do you want to change it?
If you want to allow them to city walls for example just remove the necassary sources govpartrhian eg. or you need to change goverment system itself.

no, just seeking where i can build nomadic settlements as the sauros?

I have no idea idea whether any updates made but your own maps you have linked can still be usefull as the maps have same effects to all nomads not just for parthians...
