Just finishing up the second season on netflix. My god, I am as addicted as I was to the first two seasons of LOST. Hopefully, this turns out better, :(

I really like it. My bro and I are watching it now, catching up on season four. I find myself more and more wishing something bad would happen to white while pinkman comes out ahead in the end.

Never mind what its about - it IS awesome and very (darkly) funny. Bryan Cranston is a legend - a friend said he and his gf had to watch an episode of Malcolm In the Middle after each ep. of Breaking Bad, just so they didn't have nightmares ;) I've still got season 4 to watch. Can't wait.

I've heard it's great.
I've seen a couple of episodes, but I missed out from the start and now am waiting to plow through the seasons on DVD. The first one I saw was the one were he got maced by the cop who pulled him over for a busted windshield. After that I knew I had to see the show in order.
@Peasant Phill - It's about a chemistry teacher that finds out he's got lung cancer. To leave something for his family, he starts manufacturing meth. Really, really, really good meth. Hilarity ensues.

Hey, I heard about that. Or was it a real world story?

It is a very good show. I'm on season four and it's still great.

You heard right. Breaking Bad is about as TV is capable of getting. Moreover, since they've had the story mapped out from the beginning, it's unlikely to suffer from Battlestar Disease, where a few good seasons give way to malaise.

I like it too, but just to throw the cat among the pigeons, have you seen TCV's excoriating critique (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/entry.php?163-Why-quot-Breaking-Bad-quot-Pisses-Me-Off)?
