X, of course, being anything you want to, insert, into the title. There were two popular threads with the title so I wanted to create a general one. Hopefully within Frontroom rules.

I'll go first:

Vegetables. Many types of party trays include various types of vegetables in them. They are uncooked, firm, and dry to the touch and while it is not acceptable to use your hands to take them from the tray, you can eat them with your fingers.

When is it not okay to eat them with your fingers? When they're cooked? And by cooked I mean steamed, stewed, boiled, etc. Are steamed vegetables okay to eat with your fingers? They're not really cooked; or are they?

Your turn.

I think that's the issue. The, wetter, the food, the less acceptable it is to use your fingers. It's okay to dip dry fruit into oil or sauce.

However, I'm still proud that I can eat my soup with only two fingers and not spill a drop.
