RTW's Patch V 1.3 Problem

Hi Guys...So I Want to Patch My RTW to patch V 1.3...So I Download It,Un Zip it, Then click It But It Say Error Code 6001...

Anyhelp??? (And Sorry For My Bad Spelling)

Make Install Shield update itself... I was told to delete some stuff. I have no idea where it is on a Win7 PC but "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Installshield" for XP and Vista I think.
Delete that folder and try again.

Work but Got another New Problem...The RTW BI Patch 1.6 Say: This Only Upgrade To Version 1.3 to 1.5 Please Upgrade To Version 1.3 First. Well It Sort of Like That And I DO Already Upgrade It To Version 1.3..........Anyhelp???

Either, reinstall everything or try the following:

Windows 7

Start > Run > Type "regedit", then hit enter. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\TheCreativeAssembly\Rome - Total War.

Right click the 'Version' file and select change. Change the value to '1.3' and save, then close regedit and try installing the patch again.
