Hello all,
Haven't been on here in a while, but recently got an essay topic for a class of mine and thought this would be the perfect place to get some ideas and resources. The prompt is:
"Alexander the Great's army. Discuss the evidence for the quality of the training and tactics of the Macedonian army. Consider the length and extent of Alexander's campaigns as a whole or discuss one or two specific battles in some detail."
Anyone have any suggestions where I should go with this? Any resources or information someone could direct me to? Thanks a bunch, I appreciate it!
