Change unit sizes?

Hey, can anyone tell me how to change the unit sizes, so there is only one person per unit. Doing this mostly for cinematic purposes =p

I don't think it's possible to make it one. I don't even know how to do anything like that in s2tw, in rome you can't set it below a certain number... That's probably the case in shogun2 too.
