Help! does anyone know how to remove malware?

well i was browsing game copy world and all of the sudden a "anti virus software" installed it self on my comp! it's called internetsecurity gaurd which i have learnd is a FAKE! does any one know how to do this the easy way? i'm not a computer wiz and if my dad sees this omn my computer he'd ground me for life well not that extreme

I had the same problem, a program called security defender that tried to pretend to be windows defender (even had the same icon, creepy) and gave me a bunch of warning sirens saying my compyter is infected and I would have to pay for them to remove the threats. this worked for me: http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html
