Unit comparison Tool?

I have been lurker here for quite sometime, I am wondering if anyone has the Unit Comparison Tool that is referenced in some of the guides. I have tried to follow the link but it obviously is not working (at least for me) So just seeing if there is a current link or if someone has it downloaded and could send it to me.
