Naming names

What happened to the rule about not naming cheats and dishonourable players on this forum?

I turn my back for a few weeks and a holy war breaks out.

If you wish, I'm perfectly ready to delete "the name that starts with a T" from that other thread, and every time it appears. That thread's not a flame war, and hasn't disrupted anyone yet, but that doesn't mean it would not be in violation of the rules.

As I said in that thread, and before, please pay attention.
