I would like to know does eb have historical figures like Hannibal or Pyrrhus of Epirus ?

Yes, historical figures that were alive and relevant around 272 BC. Pyrrhos Aiakides, Chremonides Aithalidos Attikos, Arshak I, Manius Curius Dentatus, and a few others. No Hannibal or Caesar since they were born after 272 BC.
You can play Pyrrhos if you start an Epeiros campaign.
