Simple mods for Casse

Hello,
I am a first time poster, but long time lurker of this forum. All I would like to do is make available to the Casse paved roads and druidic hospitals. I once performed these mods a long time ago but have since forgotten where to start. I looked at all previous title posts in this sub-forum but didn't see anything that was relevant. Thanks in advance for any help.

You can just give them ownership of the building in the export_descr_buildings file. However, I think the building portrait won't look right and I've no idea how to fix that.
