He uses too many eggs imho, but his technique is flawless. I like too add a pinch of salt with the sugar myself. I will be following his channel more closely there is always something to learn.
What does this man have against eggs!

Don't jump to conclusions, maybe he dislikes chickens and this is a pre-emptive strike.

Nah, it's an offering to the gods.
Needs cinnamon.
Indeed, French toast isn't complete without it.
I don't like the eggy taste in French toast. To overpowering. Waffles or pancakes for me. New England fish cakes for breakfast? That is an affirmative.
Back on the topic of French toast, if the bread is very thick I can take the egg taste, otherwise, onwards to the next item on the menu my breakfast buddies! :)

Bacon?
Bacon?
Tempting...
Let's forget about breakfast and have brunch instead. That will provide us with a more varied menu option. :D

I use homemade bread, I then let it sit for a couple days (without letting it spoil) then I dip the bread in eggs, then cook it, and cover it in powdered sugar.
