So many empty calories.

They are not empty calories if thoroughly enjoyed.

He needs to take a break from pumping iron. Plus, it is recommended you eat lots of excess calories in between steroid cycles

Burn.

In a few years, he will leave College, stop, it will all turn to fat and I will laugh at him throughout my morning run.

Well, to be fair, you didn't say what kind of book or what you were going to do with it.

I got a chocolate book this one time, and I ate it.

And sometimes, books are mostly just photos, like Hustler.

I am pretty sure I know what he plans to do with it. :beam: :quiet: :daisy:

Ah young one, once I believed as you did - then I went soft.

:embarassed:

Which is why I now go running three times a week.

Also, see what happened to my father.

This thread made me decide I'll make pizza today. I have the cheese, the vegetables and the salami. Just need to make the sauce.

We don't get that brand here, but I normally make tomato puree myself.
Thanks. :beam:

Just don't do what I did, stop because you're busy. Trust me, getting back into shape at 25 is a lot harder than at 20.

It's not like I'm decrepit, it's just not easy any more.

Hmm, I always got the impression that it does. Examples include some Dutch public figures, as well as my old roommate, who used to be well-built because he did swimming and trained regulary for it and became rather fat in a short time when he stopped. I suppose it could be because people keep taking in the same calories as they did when they exercised.

When you stop working your muscles regularly, it is essential that you lower your caloric intake, and it is also essential that you buy a dress and stock up on tampons.

I ate pizza today, then finished my book.

I've got no coke or other soda in my fridge. Guess I"ll have to open a beer.
