60 hour weeks

I am now working 60 hours or more a week 6 days a week. I may be dying...... I love each and every one of you.

In all seriousness to go from doing essentially nothing all day and lying around in a vegetative state to this is killing me.

Not the kind of job that logs overtime pay im a field director for a congressional campaign during a primary so just brutal hours and I operate on salary based pay. Plus my boss is my ride (im out of state) so I work as long as he works.

Back in the 80s I did a whole year of double shifts. Nearly bloody killed me. Made enough to buy a new car though.

I remember my first day off. I dropped the little Apaches off at school, went home and then paced around the house, I literally couldn't switch off.

Would I do it again?

Not sure TBH.
