It reminds me a lot of SoaSE, just a bit more in-depth, as there is ship customization and real world building.
And the terraforming thing looks interesting.

I've had my eye on this one for quite some time now. I'll probably be picking it up, despite it needing Steam to run. The prospect of turn-based empire management and real-time combat in a space 4x game is generally too much for me to resist. :sweatdrop:
