For no particular reason, I've been thinking about white-boy funk. Let's start by admitting that white boys can, in fact, get pretty dang funky. There may be an upper limit to the funk, given Federal and international regulations, but I'm not sure what it is.

The only whitey funk I have in my music collection is probably Cortex, an obscure French Jazz-Funk outfit from the 70s. All other funk I possess is not melanin challenged.
