Good rameses, but there are things you can do to make a screenshot great. There are screenshot of the month threads on here which I enjoy looking at. You can ask the participants what they think makes a good screenshot, but here's a couple, deselect the unit to remove green arrows and move cursor out of the camera (like down below). Then, try centering the unit so you fill the whole screen with men from left to right. Like frame the centurion on the right to be the very right edge of the screenshot. You could also edit the pic afterwards in paint or photoshop to remove the bottom. This would give you that movie-like perspective. Also, I would be impressed more by seeing this unit in a campaign because it takes hundreds of turns and days of game play to get them. Its also is really cool to see them in a combined arms army, like the type you might find in that time period. Seeing a whole stack of Cohors Imperatoria in this game is rare. Showing 10 units of them with 10 units of auxiliaries in a campaign battle is still a goal I've yet to reach. But when I do, I could finally can say that played a fulfilling Romani campaign.

(edited now to get rid of the giant arrow)
Hope you guys don't potentially mind a bunch from me, I have a lot, just have to dig around for the ones worth posting...

so who won?
To expand on Fritgern's earlier comment. Some tips on taking really good screenshots:
1. Keep the cursor out of sight
2. Turn off arrow selectors and banners
3. Vary the composition of the armies (as was the case historically)
4. Try and capture the "the action point". The limited RTW animations means that slogging matches between units don't appear as exciting in screenshots as they do in the game. Therefore, try and take shots which show units at the point when their lines meet (in the case of charging units)
5. Use the vegetation of the battle map to hide any large gaps in your armies. A battle map surrounded by trees helps to create the impression of a more crowded battlefield
6. Have fun

Hello, I'm new here, just downloaded EB a few days ago but what a great mod it is, hats off to whoever made it. Thought i would try out the Averni Gauls for my first campaign, after kicking the Aedui out of gaul and into north Italy, they fought with the romans for a while... then they allied with eachother and took the fight to me, which led to alot of fun and a great many heroic victories- thats something you dont see often in the vanilla RTW!
Anyways here is my screenshot from a battle where i was proud of my warriors for dealing a stinging defeat to a superior roman army-for much of the battle all the men were exhausted but never wavered or routed and killed many Romans! See the corpses of the imperialist scum litter the countryside!
