Is this a good deal?:

I currently have a gtx 275. It does not have any problems aside from the fan/bearings apparently grinding a bit on boot(I'm considering lubing the bearings, but the problem only manifests itself on boot.), but this thing seems very appealing. It is fairly powerful and is apparently a good value, not to mention the game deal and rebate. Not an AMD fan, though.:

Despite not being "high end" in narrow interpretation, it outclasses what I have by a wide margin:

Really, it's the game deal that is causing an itch. I don't really care for Tomb Raider or Bioshock in general, but the former comes highly recommended, and it seems that Bioshock is going to be great.
So, good deal? y/n
