Mods For Colourblind People?

Are there any mods for people that are colourblind?
I find it hard to see the difference between some factions (Aedui/Sweboz, Pontos/Hayasdan/water) on the minimap.
It's not impossible, especially when you zoom in, but it's enough to make it an annoyance.

And is i'm not that good with modding, I wonder if anyone knows a mod or what I can do to fix it.

I'm not sure but I doubt there are any mods like that.

ha, I know that problem.

Now I'm in this awkward situation of not knowing if you got the reference and not knowing if or how I should tell you.
My social skills are not adequate in this situation.

there are diferent types of colour blind some people on miss a few colours while other miss a wider range so it´s never easy
