hi,

currently, I'm working on translating and extracting relevant information on a set of regulations made for the use of the Swedish army in 1751. This is to add to the drill sections of every army at Project SYW (http://www.kronoskaf.com/syw/index.php?title=Main_Page), which I've been doing for some time now (have already added basic material from Britain and Prussia: currently working on Austria and Sweden. Saxony will follow).

So far progress has been...minimal, due to the jargon, and complex level of the language used, which defeats any translator software. making matters worse, it's in Finnish, which I have no understanding of. the only way I can tell what orders are which is that the guys who sent it to me attached the Swedish version of the orders (but not the instructions themselves), to each section.

if anyone can help with the translation, I would be grateful. basically, I need the following:

1-how to load a musket
2-use of the bayonet
3-basic formation
4-firing styles (platoon, by rank, etc).
5-army discipline.

obviously, the translator must be proficient in Finnish. ideally, a native speaker.
