So I don't recall ever seeing a thread like this in the time I've been on the Org
Anyway, to the point of the thread, I was wondering how many people on the Org believe in life after death, God, religion and all that stuff. So here's a poll. I hope I provided all the options.
Also mods, if you think this is too serious for the frontroom, please move it to the backroom. Thanks.

Onto the subject of the thread, I've been raised a Hindu, but while I believe in God, I'm not religious.

Edit:
I apologise because I seem to have made the poll private. I have sent a message to the mods and hopefully soon you all should be able to see the results, although not individual choices.

I guess this will get moved to the Backroom.

Since you say that you believe in God but are not religious, I'm not sure what you mean by religious, so I'll hold back from voting at the minute.

I'll clarify.
When I say not religious, I mean that my beliefs don't confirm to any one religion. While my family is Hindu, I don't participate in any religious activities, or follow any rules. For instance eating meat on Tuesdays is considered to be wrong. When I'm at a relatives place, I bear with this because they follow this rule. At my own place I have a salami sandwich regardless of what day or time it is.
So while I believe in the existence of someone beyond everything we see and know, I don't believe that any one religion got it right or can claim to be the only true religion.

But by all means refrain from voting till the result thing gets fixed, if it is fixable. No point of a poll if I'm the only one who can see it.

Agnostic, though I enjoy learning about the Norse gods. I even wear a Mjolnir pendant around my neck.

based on your definition, I'd say I believe in God and am religious, though I'm neither very devout, nor do I fall into any major sect anymore.

I devoutly worship myself. Does that count?

I enjoy learning about the Norse gods.
They make a pretty good argument ...
